Without people, and without growth through recruiting, any business will be on a path to decline. Though we utilize  some aspects of network marketing style recruiting, our business model is not an MLM. You do not get paid to recruit others, there is no inventory to buy, there is no limitation on commissions, and you can surpass the person who recruited you both in position and income.

Our business model has some unique features that you won’t find anywhere else. The most notable difference is our company culture which is energetic, wholesome and unrelenting in support from the very top of our company down to the newest agents. In our business model, there is no incentive for leaders to hold newer agents back or discourage performance and income, since there are no income limits or commission caps. There are high standards for integrity and accountability which are baked into our culture. Every agent is vested earlier than any other company and any agent can build and truly own their brand.

Many of our high income earners have other professional careers and they build their life insurance agencies part time with our support. We have a system that is so thorough that, if you wanted to, you could spend almost no time building your agency, as long as you are willing to send the people in your network to our offices and split commissions with the brokers and trainers that will be developing your recruits and conducting business on your behalf. Of course, you may enjoy the environment so much that you want to stick around and participate.

Are they someone who “heard from a friend” or are they an anonymous YouTube or Reddit poster? If it’s someone you know, who are they to PHP? A former agent? A member of a competitor agency? The point being, examine the credibility of the person trying to discredit PHP, which is a company worth half a billion dollars. Why should you believe them? If PHP really is a scam, why would a 175-year-old life insurance carrier partner with us as a top agency? Why would PHP be featured in Forbes magazine? Why would Integrity Marketing Group acquire us for $300M? After examination, the claim that PHP is a scam doesn’t add up. Remember, haters will hate. And if you have them, you might be doing something right.
